During the 6-week QiGong program, you will be led through gentle movements, breath work and meditation; you’ll cultivate energy, balance, and inner peace.

NOTE: Set 1 is perfect for beginners. Set 2 is for people who have completed Set 1.
Tai Chi Easy™
