BOOK QIGONG OR TAI CHI CLASSES

Our training schedule is flexible, as are our programs. While Therapeutic QiGong and Tai Chi were originally designed to be done while standing, we have tailored them so that people who can not stand for the exercises, can still do the exercises while seated.

The Tai Chi that we teach is Simplified 24-form Yang style, the most widely practiced form in the world. 12 weeks, two classes per week. We also offer a modified 8-week, 1-hour per week option on request.

We recommend that Therapeutic QiGong sessions be six to eight weeks long, two one-hour classes per week.

We also do classes for individuals and small groups.
