During the 6-week QiGong program, you will be led through gentle movements, breath work and meditation; you’ll cultivate energy, balance, and inner peace.

Tai Chi - Beijing 10 Form
This Tai Chi program, designed for beginners, will help reduce stress and anxiety, alleviate pain, improve mood and sleep, and enhance balance and stamina.
