QiGong

The Healer Within Medical QiGong

  • The Healer Within is used in mind-body training programs in corporations, schools, conferences, social service agencies, and retreat centers worldwide.

  • Healer Within has four components:

    1. gentle movement of the body that consists of five easy exercises

    2. self-applied massage that combines massage of the ears, hands, and/or feet with general self-massage

    3. breathing practices that use abdominal and chest breathing in specific techniques that are intended to help you take in more oxygen and get rid of tension

    4. several methods of deep relaxation and meditation that are beneficial to reducing stress by helping calm and focus the mind

  • The varied practices can be tailored easily to each person's own needs.

Therapeutic QiGong, Set 1 In-depth (18 moves)

  • Learn the original 18-move Therapeutic QiGong set, designed to address physical complaints from head to toe

  • Do each move gently and properly, guiding and guided by your own body

  • Accept yourself as your personal measure
  • Synchronize breathing with your movements 

  • Pull back from pain, achieve progress in comfort

  • Learn intricate details of the simple moves     

  • Incorporate visualization and guided imagery

  • Understand how energy flow influences ability

  • Coordinate your mental focus, breathing, and movements

  • Enjoy full body benefit

Therapeutic QiGong, Set 2 In-depth (18 moves)

  • This is a continuation of Therapeutic QiGong, Set 1 In-depth

  • Learn the second 18-move Therapeutic QiGong set, designed to address the body's organs and specific problems

  • Prerequisite: Therapeutic QiGong, Set 1 In-depth

QiGong for Emotional Balance

  • Helps with anxiety, depression, stress, panic attacks, and other emotional imbalances

  • Become familiar with your body’s energy channels

  • Opens the body's meridians (energy channels) to remove stagnation and blockages, and facilitate positive energy flow

  • Learn to use mental focus, selective moves and self-massage to remove energy stagnation and open blockages

  • Prerequisite: None
