Gail Garland
Gail is a TQHI certified Therapeutic QiGong instructor, Levels 1 and 2, as well as a certified Reiki Master. She does long-distance Reiki as well as hands-on treatments, and often uses crystals during treatments.
Doing Tai Chi since the late 1990s has enabled Gail to maintain flexibility despite arthritis and severe scoliosis.
Doing Therapeutic QiGong since April, 2016, Gail has further improved her posture, flexibility, muscle tone, balance, and breathing. Her arthritic fingers are straighter and stronger.
With diet and exercise, Gail has lost weight, eliminated the use of over-the-counter painkillers and prescription drugs for high blood pressure.
