QiGong is a gentle, energy-based, mind-body-breath form of exercise that is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. But, did you know that it has been shown to help people with arthritis manage their symptoms?

Different QiGong forms have been used for thousands of years to help people control Bi syndrome, a category of illness in Chinese medicine that includes osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and similar conditions.

QiGong's slow, flowing movements can improve flexibility, balance, range motion in the joints and quality of life. AND QiGong can help reduce stress and promote relaxation, both of which can also be beneficial for people with arthritis.

Consider joining us as we show you some useful QiGong exercises that will help you manage joint pain and inflammation.
