Tai Chi for Seniors is accessible to people of any level of experience and ability.

 

This 6-hour training aims to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to confidently practice Tai Chi for Seniors to improve many aspects of your health.

  • This is a series of six weekly one-hour classes.

 

Dates and time: Six consecutive Thursdays, 12:30-1:30 PM (Central Time)

Class start date: January 18, 2024

Location: Bee Wellness, 3680 Roblin Boulevard, Winnipeg

Prerequisite: None

Cost: $75 for the six-week series
