This program is accessible to people of any level of ability, and can be done sitting, standing, or lying down.

 

It empowers people by teaching them evidence-based and easily adaptable self-care practices that they can incorporate into their daily lives.
 

This 8-hour training aims to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to confidently practice Tai Chi Easy™ for vitality and health and take control of your own well-being.

In addition, Tai Chi Easy™ will give you a good foundational background if you want to go on to learn any family-style Tai Chi (Chen, Yang, etc.)

  • This is a series of eight weekly one-hour classes.

Location: The Wellness Institute at Seven Oaks General Hospital, Winnipeg
